NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2022, and entered in Case No. 11-2021-CA-001174-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and RENEE WILLIAMS, are defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3 day of February, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 6, NAPLES MANOR ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 3 PAGES 67 AND 68.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed
