NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 26, 2021, and entered in 11-2019-CA-002879-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is the Plaintiff and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OFBEVERLY FOX A/K/A BEVERLY W. FOX; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BEVERLY FOX A/K/A BEVERLY W. FOX; THE ISLAND ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the first floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on February 03, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
