NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 29, 2021, and entered in Case No.: 2020-CA-000153, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CHALET SERIES III TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF VALERIE A. DUNLAP, DECEASED, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, DARYL RICHARD METZNER, JANET MAUREEN JACKSON, GARY METZNER, GREGORY LYON, BRADLEY LYON, DAVID EDWARD LYON, SANDRA ANNE LYON, KEVIN RICHRD KERNER, KATHI ANNE LITTEN, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA KATHI HILL and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA SHARON TIPTON are the Defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd Floor Lobby, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on February 3, 2022, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK E, TRAIL TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
