YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit V-93, Strathmore Riverside Villas Section 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 836, Pages 207, and amendments thereto, including Official Records Book 2857, Pages 873 which supersedes the Original declaration and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 50, 50A, 50B & 50C and amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
