Unit 146, Lake Tippecanoe, Section One, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 987, Page 114 through 126, and as amended, and as per amended plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 6, Page 28, 28A through 28H, inclusive, and as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Said property having a street address of 4588 Mohican Trail, Unit 146, Sarasota, FL 34233.
