I Peter Ferenc, sui juris solemnly declare and state the following is true, correct, and complete and is not done to mislead nor evade. I am not an enemy to, nor an ally of an enemy to the United States. I am the sole exclusive beneficiary and successor executor to the PETER FERENC GEDEON estate, and all name derivatives thereof, trusts and Estate(s) formed in any and all jurisdictions and all of its nomenclature variations. I give Notice of Exodus from any presumed Article IV Section 3 Clause 2 Territory, Exodus from the District and STATE OF FLORIDA jurisdictions and Entry into the Union body politic settled upon the soil of Florida state and deposit the same living estate and Living Estate Trust therein for the protections thereof. This is Notice to all governments and body politics worldwide of the irrevocable change in my status, and by direct implication, the reviver, control and claim over the Minor estate. The full restoration of my legal and equitable rights to me is hereby complete nunc pro tunc. Notice of Claim with Special Drawing Rights is given to All entities having or claiming to have any right title or interest in: PETER FERENC GEDEON, of any rents, profits, interest, in all securities and their CUSIP numbers or other financial instruments, assets, chattels and the like being held in trust, abeyance, street name or other. This Notice supersedes all prior declarations. Any prior adhesion to being a “United States citizen” or “U.S. citizen”, or anything less than my true and full inherent power and glory was made in error without full disclosure and is hereby rescinded. Final NOTICE: If anyone disputes this declaration in this Notice, they must come forth, within 21 days of the date of first publication of this Notice and present their evidence and claim or otherwise be forever barred from raising any objection to this Notice and declaration and its binding effect.
