NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit Number Y-1, of ST. ANDREWS COVE II CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 24, Pages 113-120, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4553, Page 1661, as amended, all in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 853 N. Keene Road, Unit A, Clearwater, Florida, 33755.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 3, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
