NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Clerk of Pinellas County shall sell the properties located at 6727 and 6729 1st Avenue South, Saint Petersburg, FL 33707, more specifically described as:
Parcel One:
Lot 11, and the West 68.5 feet of Lot 12, Block 87, PASADENA ON THE GULF, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 62, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Parcel Two:
Lot 12, Less the West 68.5 feet thereof, and all of Lots 13 and 14, Block 87, PASADENA ON THE GULF, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 62, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at the public sale on February 3, 2022, at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, or soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, pursuant to the Final Judgment signed on January 3, 2022, to the highest bidder in accordance with Chapter 45, section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
