NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Execution issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 5th day of October A.D., 2021 in the cause wherein Fidelity Bank, was plaintiff(s), and Ryan John Racioppi, an individual and Ellysa Joann Racioppi, an individual, was defendant(s), being Case No. 15-000805-CO in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Ryan John Racioppi aka Ryan J Racioppi, in and to the following described property to wit:
