NOW KNOWN AS UNIT K-202 OF OAK FORREST, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1014, PAGE 424, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY, PLOT PLAT AND GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 48A THROUGH 48C, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENNAT THERETO AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
