NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 15, 2021 in Civil Case No. 2018CA004553000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and LEAH J. PETTY; 1. UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEAH J. PETTY N/K/A CHRIS COK; UNITED STATES ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, MIDDLE DISTRICT OF FLORIDA; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; CAVALRY SPV I, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF GE CAPITAL RETAIL BANK/DILLARD'S; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

COMMENCE AT THE SW CORNER OF THE NORTHEASTERLY 44 FEET OF LOT 664 OF ELOISE WOODS, EAST LAKE MIRIAM UNIT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 32 AND 32A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 41° 16' 39” WEST ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHEASTERLY 44 FEET, 51.94 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 45° 49' 31” WEST 94.80 FEET TO THE NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 664;THENCE NORTH 48° 54' 19” EAST ALONG SAID NORTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY 7.8 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID NORTHEASTERLY 44 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 41° 16' 39” EAST ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHEASTERLY 44 FEET 98.06 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
