Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Replevin against Defendant, DEBRA J. REDNER, dated July 9, 2020, and the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Mortgage Foreclosure Sale, dated January 18, 2022, in Case No. 2020CA-001239 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which CONSTANCE M. TAMME is the Plaintiff and, DEBRA J. REDNER is the Defendant, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 21st day of February, 2022, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Replevin against Defendant, DEBRA J. REDNER, described as follows:
Lot 322 of LAKE MARIANA ACRES, UNIT THREE, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 76, Pages 25 and 26, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
AND
1/331st interest in the recreation area as shown on the Plat of LAKE MARIANA ACRES, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 64, Page 10 and Lot 232 of LAKE MARIANA ACRES UNIT TWO, Plat Book 71, Pages 35 and 36, all in the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
TOGETHER with that certain mobile home described as: YEAR: 1995 MAKE: SKYLINE ID: 47620194 AH & BH
If you are a subordinate lienholder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim of lien with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
