YOU ARE HEREBY notified that an action for reformation of deed, adverse possession and to quiet title on the following described real property located in SARASOTA County, Florida:
Commence at the SE corner of the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 10, thence West 1345 feet M/L thence N. 918 feet M/L, thence West 180 feet for P.O.B., thence West 85 feet, thence North 193 feet, thence East 85 feet, thence South 193 feet to P.O.B.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Derek W. Eisemann, Esq., of Michael J. Belle, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2364 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, Florida 34237, within 30 days from the first date of publication, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
