Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
LOT 19 AND THE SOUTH ½ OF LOT 17, BLOCK C, FIRST ADDITION TO NEWTOWN HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 199, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on February 23, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
