NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2021, and entered in Case No. 41-2020-CA-003372 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc., Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding, Trust 2007-AR3, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR3, is the Plaintiff and US Bank National Assocation as Trustee for Towd Point Master Funding Trust 2018-PM22, The Townhomes at Lighthouse Cove IV Condominium Association, Inc, Heritage Harbour Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the February 17, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 406, BUILDING 4, THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2113, PAGE 6703, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED.
