LIGHTSEY, individually; TERESA R. LIGHTSEY, individually; IRT PARTNERS, L.P.; LABORATORY CORPORATION OF AMERICA d/b/a LABCORP and ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A DEVIN LIGHTSEY, are the Defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 15th day of February, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
