BEING THE SAME LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND BY WHICH THE DEED IS DATED FEBRUARY 10TH, 2000 AND RECORDED AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY IN BOOK 10051 PAGE 0227 WAS GRANTED AND CONVEYED BY RADIU R. D. ALLEN UNTO EVELYN M. ALLEN.
