The West 200 feet of the North 1⁄2 of Tract 10 in the Northwest 1⁄4, LESS the South 110 feet thereof and LESS the road right of way, SOUTH TAMPA SUBDIVISION, Section 6, Township 30 South, Range 20 East, as per map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 3, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on Frank Charles Miranda, PA, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is: 3226 W. Cypress St., Tampa, FL 33607, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER, file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service to Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
