NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered August 23, 2021, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit 105, Building 1, of VIA VERDE, a Condominium, according to the Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 15424, Page 2113, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
for cash in an Online Sale at https://pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on February 17, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
