YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for dissolution of marriage has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Andres Arias, c/o Garth R. Goodman, P.A., 125 5th Street South, Suite 200, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before 28 Days After First Publication, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 545 1st Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition. The Husband claims in the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage that the real property located at 1799 N. Highland Avenue, Unit 109G, in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, which is more legally described below, is his non-marital property and should be awarded to him free from any claim of right, title or interest of the Wife:
Unit 109, of Fountain Square, A Condominium, according to Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Book 5012, Pages 335 through 396, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and according to the Condominium Plat Book 41, Page 40, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. (You may file Notice of Current Address, Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Form 12.915.) Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
