Final Judgment was awarded on October 22, 2021 in Civil Case No. 20-CA-000941, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, AMERICAN FINANCIAL RESOURCES, INC., A NEW JERSEY CORPORATION is the Plaintiff , and MARY L. ROBITAILLE; EUGENE T. ROBITAILLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY L. ROBITAILLE; FOUNDATION FINANCE COMPANY LLC; ISPC; LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A GARY ROBITAILLE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH , UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
