NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 18, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 19-006135-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VII-A, is Plaintiff THE UNKNOWN HEIRS GRANTEES, DEVISEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND CREDITORS OF ROBERT BOUND A/K/A WALTER W. BOUND A/K/A ROBERT WALTER BOUND, SR., DECEASED; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on February 24, 2022 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT G-2, BUILDING NO. 217, PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE II, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE XVII, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 55 AND 56, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5908, PAGE 1261, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
