Final Judgment was awarded on January 21, 2022 in Civil Case No. 20-000977-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR8 is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM TOMLINSON A/K/A WILLIAM V. TOMLINSON; WILLIAM CRUMP A/K/A WILLIAM L. CRUMP; UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OF THE TOMLINSON FAMILY TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TOMLINSON FAMILY TRUST; GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA JANNEY KARIOKI; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
