NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that Agreed Order Granting Joint Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale and entered in Case No. 2020CA001264AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein LURTON CAPITAL, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff(s) and 4910 BRADENTON, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, TIMOTHY F. MAJORS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1, AND UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of August, 2022 at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
The East 309 feet of: Begin 165 feet North of the Southeast corner of Lot 13, Woodland Estates, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, page 84, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; thence North 110 feet; thence West and parallel to South line of said Lot to the West line of said Lot; South 110 feet to a point due West of the Point of Beginning; thence East to the Point of Beginning. Less right-of-way for U.S. Highway 41 (Tamiami Trail).
