NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Partition entered on June 24, 2020, in case number 2019 CA 6404 NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein A. RANDALL SEEGER, is the Plaintiff and DAVID SEEGER, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on 28th day of July, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., all as provided by Chapter 45 of the Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Partition to wit:
ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel being more fully described beginning at the NE corner of Lot “G”, Schutt's Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 8, public records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence East along the North line of the said Lot “G” extended 738.63 feet; thence North 1 degree 10 minutes West 715.4 feet to a point of beginning; thence continue North 1 degree 10 minutes West 59.3 feet; thence North 77 degrees East 105.2 feet to the waters of Roberts (Venice) Bay; thence Southeasterly along the waters of Roberts (Venice) Bay to a point which lies in a North 88 degrees 50 minutes East direction from the point of beginning; thence South 88 degrees 50 minutes West 143 feet more or less to the point of beginning, and being in Section 1, Township 39 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida.
ALSO
BEGIN at the NE corner of Lot “G” of Schutt's Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 8, public records of Sarasota County, Florida; thence East along the North line of said Lot “G” extended, 738.63 feet; thence North 1 degree 10 minutes West 774.9 feet to a point of beginning; thence continue North 1 degree 10 minutes West 18.4 feet; thence North 75 degrees 11 minutes East 97 feet to waters of Roberts Bay; thence Southeasterly along the waters of said Roberts Bay 21.6 feet, more or less, to a point lying in a North 77 degrees 00 minutes East direction from the point of beginning; thence South 77 degrees 00 minutes West, 105 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, and being located in Section 1, Township 39 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida, together with all the furniture located thereon.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
