NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on June 21, 2022 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-006467, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, 21ST MORTGAGE CORPORATION AS MASTER SERVICER FOR CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB AS TRUSTEE FOR KNOXVILLE 2012 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and JOE VAZQUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOE VAZQUEZ N/K/A DAISY VAZQUEZ; ARRAWANA TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A DAVID VAZQUEZ are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Cindy Stuart will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com on August 26, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, ARRAWANA TOWNHOUSES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 263 AND 264, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
