Final Judgment was awarded on May 12, 2022 in Civil Case No. 21-CA-006008, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2 is the Plaintiff, and TODD S. STOWE; MELISSA A. STOWE; MV REALTY PBC, LLC are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Kevin C. Karnes will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on August 10, 2022 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 24 AND 25, BLOCK 2742, UNIT 39, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 142 THROUGH 154, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
