Final Judgment was awarded on May 4, 2022 in Civil Case No. 15-003759-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF MARIA PIA SUAREZ-CASSAGNE A/K/A MARIA P. SUAREZ-CASSAGNE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A MARIO ANDRES; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARIA PIA SUAREZ-CASSAGNE A/K/A MARIA P. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
