You are hereby notified of the institution of this action by the Plaintiff against the Defendants, involving the following described property in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 8, Drew Park Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 40, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Commonly referred to as: 406 Vine Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33755
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on plaintiff's attorney, to wit: MICHAEL P. FUINO, ESQUIRE, whose address is 600 CLEVELAND STREET, STE. 600, CLEARWATER, FL 3375, on or before 30 days from the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter. IF A DEFENDANT FAILS TO DO SO, A DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST THAT DEFENDANT FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT OR PETITION.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR FOUR (4) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
