NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2012-CA-020718-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES LLC, Plaintiff and MARIE PLUVIOSE, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 17th day of August, 2022, the following described property:
