SNIDER, DECEASED; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; DOLORES B. SNIDER; ROSE ANSELMO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROE ANSELMO; TAMMY JO SNIDER are the Defendant(s). ROGER D.
