NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-006269-AX of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., is Plaintiff and ANNETTE BROOKINS; et al., are Defendant(s).
I ANGELINA “ANGEL” COLONNESO, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on July 27, 2022 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, LESS THEN NORTH 35.00 FEET, BERMUDA HUNDRED, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 188-190 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
