NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 532019CA003622000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and JOHN C. JONES; WHITLEY J. JONES; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Unknown Tenant whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of August, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63 OF UNRECORDED WHISPERWOOD SUBDIVISION, DESCRIBED AS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN SOUTH ALONG WEST BOUNDARY OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER 832.62 FEET THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 19 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST, 1206.71 FEET ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF CINDY LANE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 19 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST 120 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 06 SECONDS WEST, 165 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 19 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST, 30 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 41 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 54 SECONDS WEST 161.79 FEET TO A POINT ON AN ARC, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID ARC TO THE RIGHT WHOSE CENTRAL ANGLE IS 45 DEGREES AND RADIUS 60 FEET A DISTANCE OF 47.1 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
