Miller, Esq., whose address is 950 S. Pine Island Road, A-150, Plantation, FL 33324 on or before July 26, 2022 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at Polk County Courthouse, 255 N. Broadway Avenue, Bartow, Florida 33830, before service on the Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
