LOT 3: THAT PORTION OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUNS 00° 17' 00”W., 57.90 FEET, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 35 TO THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD 530-A, THENCE RUN WEST 315.0 FEET ALONG THE SAID SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY OF STATE ROAD 530-A, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUNS 00° 17' 00”W., 155.0 FEET, THENCE WEST 150.0 FEET, THENCE N 00° 17' 00”W., 155.0 FEET TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD 530-A, THENCE EAST 150.0 FEET ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 8/8/22 /(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
