NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 20, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2021 CA 002779, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, MIDFIRST BANK is the Plaintiff, and MAURICE L. CALHOUN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPOMENT; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; EILAND PARK TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco. realforeclose.com on August 22, 2022 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, OF EILAND PARK TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 102, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
