NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on June 29, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2017 CA 000794 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL J. ORLIKOWSKI; TINA J. ORLIKOWSKI A/K/A TINA ORLIKOWSKI; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARCELLA I. SMITH; BLUE HERON POND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARCELLA I. SMITH A/K/A MARCELLA IRENE OKEEFE N/K/A MARCELLA I FLAGG are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on August 29, 2022 at 09:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 81, BLUE HERON POND, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 16, 16A THROUGH 16D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
