NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on April 20, 2022 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-007377, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, NATIONS LENDING CORPORATION, AN OHIO CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOAN AYALA A/K/A JOAN CAROLINE AYALA; SYLVIA AYALA; NANCY AYALA; DAVID AYALA; LINDA DUNN; BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A MICHAEL AYALA; MICHAEL AYALA AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JOAN AYALA A/K/A JOAN CAROLINE AYALA are Defendants.

LOT 4, BLOCK 1, BRENTWOOD HILLS TRACT D/E, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE(S) 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
