Baucom aka Christa J. Baucom aka Chris J. Baucom; United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Capital One Bank (USA), N.A.; Citibank N.A.; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 27th day of July, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 55, 56 AND 57, BLOCK 19, FORT MYERS SHORES, UNIT NO. 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 7, 8 AND 9, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
