NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 7, 2022 in Civil Case No. 20-000046-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is Plaintiff and Donta Pierre Mells, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of July 2022 at 10:00am on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 3, PALMETTO PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
