NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2022, and entered in Case No. 21-000800-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and For Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AVAIL HOLDING LLC is the Plaintiff and PRINCE LLOYD; DAWN LLOYD; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, ALL HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY WHICH IS THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS ACTION BY AND THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS HEREIN; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION, IF ANY, are the Defendants. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash as www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on JULY 21, 2022, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, Block 1, PECAN HIGHLANDS, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 12, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
