NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 7, 2022, entered in Case No. 2021-CA-010545-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein GOOD NEWS TRUST UTD 09012013, GERALD A. LEMOINE, TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, MIGUEL VALADEZ, ELIZABETH VALADEZ, LAKE GLORIA SHORES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., TIDEWATER FINANCE COMPANY T/A TIDEWATER CREDIT SERVICES, TIDEWATER MOTOR CREDIT and FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE., are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on SEPTEMBER 7, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Summary Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
