NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 22nd day of June 2022, in Case No : 2021-CA-010512-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE FOR PNPMS TRUST II, is the Plaintiff and WILLIE CHARLES SOLOMON A/K/A WILLIE C. SOLOMON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIE CHARLES SOLOMON A/K/A WILLIE C. SOLOMON; DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 9th day of August 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
