The action was instituted in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court, Charlotte County, Florida, and is styled DALPHAN D. S. LEACOCK, JR. and ALEXIS BARBARA CASELLA vs. LUIS FERNANDEZ, the Unknown Personal Representative for CAMILO FERNANDEZ, Deceased and IVONNE FERNANDEZ.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on James W. Mallonee, Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 946 Tamiami Trail, #206, Port Charlotte, FL 33953-3108, on or before August 15, 2022, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on James W. Mallonee or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. Published in the Business Observer.
