NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 05, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2021CA002136AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2019-1 is Plaintiff and PAUL C. SILVER, ESTATE OF MARK A. RUCH and CAROL MARIE BULLOCK, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On-Line Public Auction website: https://manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 11, 2022, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in MANATEE County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 16, AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 17, BLOCK A, SARASOTA RICHLAND AVENUE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 226, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
