NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST VII-A, is Plaintiff and MABEL FUENTES; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at www.polk. realforeclose.com on August 15, 2022 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 764, POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 5 NORTH VILLAGE 3, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 27 through 42, inclusive Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
