NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 15, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2021CA002967CAAXES in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP., Plaintiff and ROBERT J. GOLECKI A/K/A ROBERT JAMES GOLECKI; DUPREE LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on August 15, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
