NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2021 CC 008195 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 19, Block 494, 13th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 12, 12A-12F, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of August, 2022.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
