You are hereby notified that an Order of Ancillary Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of Roberta S. McKinley, deceased, File Number 2022-CP-2458-NC, by the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237; that the decedent's date of death was December 13, 2021; that the total value of the estate is vacant land valued at approximately $14,400.00 and that the name and address of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
