Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 12, 2022 in the above-styled Case Number 2022 CA 001379 NC in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 7065, Tallywood, Phase I, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in official records Book 1368, Page 613 and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 14, Pages 13 through 13E, inclusive and amendments thereto of the public records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Property address: 3455 Tallywood Circle # 7065, Sarasota, Florida 34237 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on August 12, 2022. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
